The total program fee for day scholars is ₹11,30,000 for the full two-year duration. This is made up of the Total Fee of ₹11,00,000 (tuition, course material, placement fee, library & IT infrastructure, and campus maintenance) plus a refundable Caution Deposit of ₹30,000.

Hostel fee is ₹60,000 per instalment, paid alongside the First, Second, Third, and Fourth program fee instalments — totalling ₹2,40,000 for the two-year duration. Combined with the day-scholar program fee, the total fee with hostel is ₹13,70,000.
What is the Caution Deposit, and is it refundable?
Yes — the ₹30,000 Caution Deposit is refundable. It is paid with the First instalment.
What does the "Placement Fee" and "Course Material" fee cover?
  • The Placement Fee (₹32,000 total, ₹8,000 per instalment) supports the Placement Cell's activities across the program.
  • Course Material (₹80,000 total, ₹20,000 per instalment) covers learning resources and materials provided through the program.
  • Library & IT Infrastructure (₹32,000 total, ₹8,000 per instalment) supports access to the library and IT/digital learning infrastructure.
  • Campus Maintenance (₹1,00,000 total, ₹25,000 per instalment) includes the Alumni Association Life Membership Fee of ₹5,000 (paid on the student's behalf), with the remaining amount going toward campus upkeep.
How can I pay the admission and program fees?
Fees can be paid online through the Praxis Fee Payment Portal (hosted by Schoolpay): praxis.nowpay.co.in, accessible via the Online Fee Payment page. Cash payments are not accepted; RTGS, cheque, and demand draft are also accepted per Admissions guidance.
Are there extra charges for online fee payment?

Can I pay the fee after the due date?

Do you offer any discount on course fees?
Praxis does not offer discounts, maintaining a value-for-education fee structure. Merit-based and need-based scholarships are available to eligible students instead.
Is education loan support available?
Yes — students can apply for the West Bengal Student Credit Card for education loans, and the Admissions Team assists with the process.

Scholarships & Fee Assistance

What scholarships does Praxis offer?
Two scholarships are currently listed: Foundation Scholarships and Women in Leadership Scholarships. Tuition Fee Waiver is listed separately as a Supernumerary Seat category.
What is the Foundation Scholarship, and who is eligible?
  • Amount: ₹3 lakhs per student
  • Seats: 18 per batch
  • Eligibility: Class X ≥ 80%, Class XII ≥ 80%, Graduation ≥ 70%, CAT/XAT ≥ 70 percentile, no year gap or academic backlogs.
  • Disbursement: ₹1 lakh adjusted against the 1st instalment; the remaining ₹2 lakh adjusted against the 4th instalment, subject to the student ranking in the top 30% of the batch at the end of Term 4, all instalments paid on time, and no disciplinary issues.
What is the Women in Leadership Scholarship, and who is eligible?
  • Amount: ₹1 lakh per candidate
  • Eligibility: Class X ≥ 70%, Class XII ≥ 70%, Graduation ≥ 60%, no year gap or academic backlogs.
  • Disbursement: 50% adjusted against the 1st instalment, 50% against the 3rd instalment, subject to ranking in the top 30% of the batch at the end of Year 1, all instalments paid on time, and no disciplinary issues.
What is the Tuition Fee Waiver / Supernumerary Seats scheme?
  • Student Assistance: ₹7.8 lakh (on tuition fees only)
  • Seats: 9 per batch
  • Eligibility: Class X ≥ 80%, Class XII ≥ 80%, Graduation ≥ 70%, no year gap or academic backlogs, and family annual income not exceeding ₹8 lakh from all sources.
Can a student apply for more than one scholarship?
No — a student can apply for only one of the above scholarships/waivers at the time of admission.
When and how do I apply for a scholarship?
Applications must be made at the time of admission. A scholarship letter is issued after the student submits documentary proof of scores/records and is deemed eligible; final award is subject to approval by the Academic Council of Praxis Business School.
